Refund policy

At Zest Prints, we want you to genuinely love what you ordered. That's the whole point.

Since each item is made-to-order just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind situations (including size swaps—so please double-check that size guide before ordering!!). But we absolutely stand behind our quality.

We offer refunds for:

  • Items that were sent incorrectly (our bad, not yours)
  • Damaged or defective products (you deserve better)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a refund, email us at zestprintsbrand@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what's wrong. We'll sort it out.
